There are no binding contracts or commitments. Disrupting Insights is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly), allowing you to upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan whenever needed.

We accept all major credit and debit card brands.

To cancel, send an email with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" to info@disruptinginsights.com. After cancellation, you'll retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

We'll notify your account email after each failed payment attempt. We may retry payments up to 8 times within the following month. If payment still doesn't succeed, your subscription will be downgraded to a free plan.

Our refund policy is straightforward. If you believe you've made a mistake in signing up for a paid plan, please email us at info@disruptinginsights.com. We'll gladly refund the full amount (not pro-rated) if you downgrade your subscription within 72 hours of signing up for monthly billing, or within 30 days for annual billing.
